What kind of information can I find under my profile information and my room information?
The My Room tab provides you with all information about your current stay with us.
- You are able to view the information about your room and share this link with family and friends.
- You can see your latest invoices on this tab. You can also download invoices from the past month.
- You are also able to access the Help Center to create new help requests, view existing ones, and get access to relevant articles.
How does logging in work?
The login works exactly the same way as it works on the web. You need to enter the email address that you’ve used to make a booking with us, after which, you will receive an email with a login link that you need to tap. The link will direct you back to the application and you will find yourself logged in.
- Please note that these links are not cross-platform, meaning that if you’ve requested to login from your desktop, the link will not work for mobile.
- Typo’s in email addresses are a common mistake so please take into consideration that in these cases you may not receive the email with the log-in link.
How can I change my payment method?
Navigate to the Profile tab. Here you can view your current payment details, as well as edit them in case you need to update any information.
