You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community.
The building is split into two parts with a larger front house, and a cozy back house with a maisonette. With wooden ceilings and concrete floors it is both stylish and cozy inside out.
You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the park.
We receive so many applications, that it is not possible for us to accommodate everyone who is possibly interested, hence, we are unable to organize individual viewings.
However, we always work on setting expectations right when offering someone a room, as we want you to get everything you are expecting.
For this, our team is ready to reply to all of your questions, and offer you every possible detail about the room so you are sure this is the right fit for you!

The monthly rent payment includes all bills, internet costs, a fully furnished flat, maintenance, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt app and Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our great support team, and many more!
In some properties, your cost also covers biweekly cleaning services.
