You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large living space with couches to enjoy movie nights with your flatmates.
Our location in Paris is the ideal place to experience the vibrancy of the city while enjoying a calm property and being part of the Habyt community. With a total of 4 flats and 21 rooms, the building features a laundry area and a courtyard, making it easy to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy all the perks of a flexible lifestyle from the comfort of your home!
Located in the southeastern suburbs of Pairs, Ivry-sur-Seine has a multicultural atmosphere and enjoys easy access to the city center. The area has several transportation options, including metro, RER (suburban rail), and bus lines, making it convenient to travel within and outside the commune.
You will also be able to enjoy some pleasant green spaces such as Parc des Cormailles and Parc Pierre et Marie Curie. Bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores are within walking distance from our building.
We receive so many applications, that it is not possible for us to accommodate everyone who is possibly interested, hence, we are unable to organize individual viewings.
However, we always work on setting expectations right when offering someone a room, as we want you to get everything you are expecting.
