It's more than just a co-living building, it's simply a very big, comfy place to stay. You will find shared bathrooms on each floor. A fully-equipped kitchen is also part of the accommodation, including an oven, fridge, washing machine, and other small appliances.
This co-living building is perfect if you love to have your own space, but also like living in a community. The building includes a total of 19 rooms, which means you will have all these people to connect with and share your experiences. Next to the property, there is the famous shopping center called El Corte Ingles, where you will find all sorts of things you are looking for. In addition to that, a metro station is also located within 10 minutes walking distance.
We receive so many applications, that it is not possible for us to accommodate everyone who is possibly interested, hence, we are unable to organize individual viewings.
However, we always work on setting expectations right when offering someone a room, as we want you to get everything you are expecting.
