All of our rooms come fully-furnished with a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and access to a bathroom (ensuite, private or shared). Of course, pillows, bedsheets, towels, basic appliances, and basic kitchen utensils are always included. Of course! We welcome visits and viewings. We know choosing a home is a big decision to make, which is why all our viewings are obligation-free.
Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services, access to your digital Habyt Member portal to manage all your payments and requests, our great support team, and many more!

We have a minimum 3-month stay for shared and private apartment properties in Singapore, and 1-month in Hong Kong. If you prefer a shorter stay, we’d be delighted to tell you more about our other flexible living options where we have minimum stays from just 1 night.
