There are many reasons why we love our Affinity At Serangoon property in Singapore, a resort-like condominium filled with amazing amenities right in the heart of Serangoon. From the tennis court and fitness corner to the BBQ pits and clubhouse, there are many amenities to explore and make the most of. But we have to be honest: the swimming pools on-site are one of our favorite features of Affinity At Serangoon!

Graz, Wagner-Biro

For our latest opening in Graz, our design team worked on a beautiful community space that pays homage to the city’s creativity, modern design and contemporary architecture. This stunning area of our building in Wagner-Biro is a space that feels current and timeless, blending different colors, materials and textures to create a peaceful environment in the midst of busy city living. For us, this is the perfect space to unwind after a long day with a good book, meet up with other Habyt members for a chill cup of coffee, or get productive when you have a tight deadline at work.

Berlin, The Waterfront

Part of our Flex concept, The Waterfront is a unique space for a one of a kind city, combining short and long-term stays for ultimate flexibility. A testament of Berlin’s distinctive allure, our beautiful community space blends industrial-inspired ceilings with natural accents of wood and colors that are reminiscent of our riverfront location. From our shelves full of art to our curated decor items, no details go unnoticed! Plus, you’ll also find bikes to stroll around the city in great style and a newly opened café with delicious food and coffee.

Lisbon, Filipe da Mata 65

Located in the beautiful district of Avenidas Novas, our Filipe da Mata 65 building is closely located to amazing restaurants, lively bars, and relaxing green spaces like the Gulbeinkan garden. And if you’re looking for the perfect place to work remotely, host a fun event, or watch your favorite movie, look no further than our community space on-site. Here, you’ll find several tables and chairs built to study, work or play, as well as comfortable couches to chill and socialize.

Madrid, Oudrid 21

Located in Tetuán, our Oudid 21 building offers all the perks of coliving. One of our favorite features is the community space on-site, equipped with co-working areas, spacious tables and comfortable chairs, large sofas, and artsy details that make this space even more cozy. Whether you’re studying from home, lounging with your flatmates, or hosting a small community event, this space will be perfect for all your needs.

Berlin, Schmidstraße

With lots of natural light, colorful artwork, and cozy details, the community space at Schmidstraße is one of the most beloved by our team. If you’re wondering why, let’s break it down: a lounge area with extra comfortable sofas and armchairs to chill, watch a movie or read a book, a kitchen area with a dedicated balcony and stools to host a cooking masterclass or cocktail party, and plenty of areas with tables and chairs for your every need and mood.

Frankfurt, Gref-Völsing 15

Located in the up-and-coming Ostend area, Gref-Völsing is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle. In addition to a spacious community space filled with comfortable areas to work and play, our building in Frankfurt also features terraces overlooking the city, which are perfect to catch the sun during Spring and Summer.

With wooden ceilings and concrete floors, Hermann 14 embodies the true coliving spirit in Berlin.
