Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our support team, and many more! With Habyt you can count on a hassle free booking process. After sending your application, our team will reach out to you providing all the support needed. You will then be able to sign all contracts and set your payment method fully online through your personal Habyt profile.

We welcome visits and viewings. We know choosing a home is a big decision to make, which is why all our viewings are obligation-free.

Visits/viewings are welcomed

Unless otherwise agreed upon in your lease, weekly cleaning is included for every apartment. It would cover general cleaning of common areas (living room, balconies, shared bathrooms, dining and kitchen), including mopping of floors, trash removal, kitchenware washing, etc. Cleaning of bedrooms are available upon request, and at a charge. For those staying in a Studio apartment, your entire apartment will be cleaned.

Cleaning service

We have a minimum 3-month stay for shared and private apartment properties in Singapore, and 1-month in Hong Kong. If you prefer a shorter stay, reach out to us and we'd be delighted to tell you more about our other flexible living options where we have minimum stays from just 1 night.

Fixed minimum stay period

All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new Habyt home! Your apartment and room are fully furnished for you to live comfortably in it from day one. Common-use items such as clothes rack and washing machine* are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, and a stove**. Cook your heart's desires! *Some buildings offer a shared laundry room and others a washing machine inside the flat. ** Some apartments also include a dishwasher in the kitchen. 

The monthly rent payment includes all bills, internet costs, a fully furnished flat, maintenance, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our support team, and many more!

Once your stay is confirmed and you're approaching the move-in days, you'll receive all the information you need to check-in.

Whether it's the Anmeldung in Germany, the Basisregistratie Personen in the Netherlands, the Registrazione Contratto all'Agenzia delle Entrate in Italy, or El Padron in Spain, our support team will ensure you have the necessary documents and tips for smooth registration processes. Please note that the issuance of these documents may be subject to the length of your stay; contact our team for specific requirements. We're here to make your transition seamless!

Your apartment comes fully furnished with a full or queen sized bed-frame, mattress, nightstand, closet, and hangers. Some suites also offer en-suite bathrooms. Outside your private bedroom, you will find a fully-furnished living and kitchen area, with appliances, cutlery, and household essentials including toilet paper, dish washing soap, sponges, and laundry detergent.

Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, utilities and WiFi, household necessities, and free weekly cleanings of shared spaces. With Habyt you can count on a hassle free booking process. Our application process is easy and can be completed online for ultimate convenience. Once you apply and have a chat with our team, you will be able to book a virtual or in-person tour. After completing the tour, you will receive an application form that can be filled out online or in-person. At that time, you can reserve the room while we conduct a background check, and if everything looks good, you sign your lease!

Habyt experienced significant growth and popularity in Germany, quickly become a leading provider of co-living spaces.Later that year, Habyt opened its largest co-living building in Europe at Klara-Franke-Strasse, offering 413 rooms for residents.

Habyt successfully expanded its portfolio by acquiring two major co-living players in Europe, GOLIVING and Erasmo's Room. This acquisitions allowed the company to straighten its presence in the German and Spanish markets, solidifying its position as a leading co-living operation.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, this was a year of growth and expansion for Habyt. The company acquired the global co-living operators QUARTERS and Medici-living, followed by Homefully later in the year. These acquisitions allowed Habyt to gain leadership in Germany and expand its reach to the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Habyt kicked off the year with two significant M&A deals. The first was with Roomie, a co-living provider in Italy, which helped Habyt secure market leadership in the country. The second was with Hmlet, a leading co-living provider in the APAC region, allowing Habyt to expand its global presence.

Habyt became the global leader in co-living by merging with Common, the largest operator in North America, reaching 30,000 units in its portfolio and expanding its reach to more than 50 cities spread across 3 continents. Habyt also re-envisioned the company, its design, and the functionality of its platform, embarking on a major rebranding. The last step before your move-in is to sign your Rental Agreement. Please wait until your contract is ready to be signed and make sure you sign it before your check-in date.
