Studiowohnung
Our newly built building surrounded by a green courtyard creates a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Graz' city life.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are four community spaces in the building. Some of them feature kitchens, others include lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, dining areas, and more. You can spend time networking with your flatmates here or just relax in our beautifully designed spaces.
In alignment with our sustainability efforts, the building is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.
