From vintage geometric tiles to post-colonial architecture and brightly coloured windows, 2 Shing Wong Street is a hertiage shophouse that exudes the warmth of old world Hong Kong. Tucked away at a quiet residential corner of the Soho District, getting to the nearest train station (Central MTR Station) and bus stop (along Peel Street and Hollywood Road) by foot, will only take you 10 minutes and 3 minutes respectively.For added security, the property is manned with frequent patrols being conducted round-the-clock.

Things to know
Your apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, access to a bathroom, basic appliances, aircon, a refrigerator, wardrobe, a communal/dining/living area, and access to a washer-dryer. Certain rooms or apartments may also come with extra amenities like access to a pool/gym, a desk & chair, or a balcony.
Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our support team, and many more! We welcome visits and viewings. We know choosing a home is a big decision to make, which is why all our viewings are obligation-free.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in your lease, weekly cleaning is included for every apartment. It would cover general cleaning of common areas (living room, balconies, shared bathrooms, dining and kitchen), including mopping of floors, trash removal, kitchenware washing, etc. Cleaning of bedrooms are available upon request, and at a charge. For those staying in a Studio apartment, your entire apartment will be cleaned.
We have a minimum 3-month stay for shared and private apartment properties in Singapore, and 1-month in Hong Kong. If you prefer a shorter stay, reach out to us and we'd be delighted to tell you more about our other flexible living options where we have minimum stays from just 1 night.
