Over the past year, Habyt saw multi-fold growth and opened several new markets. The team has recently signed a new 45-unit building with serviced apartments that will be an ideal option for tourists and corporate clients looking to stay in Madrid for under 1 month. **BERLIN, Germany, 16 January 2023:** Habyt, the world's leading co-living provider, opens a new building in Hermannstraße 14, Berlin, Germany, welcoming its tenants to a modern, sustainable, and design-focused home. 

The property has gone through a complete reconstruction and stands out with its new beautiful modular wooden facade. The building is divided into two parts - a front house and a garden house with a maisonette, both featuring chic industrial exposed concrete optic and wooden ceilings.

With 44 units occupying a total area of over 1,000 sqm spread across 11 shared flats and 2 private studios, the property is owned by JoPe Real Estate AG. All shared apartments feature a common area with fully equipped kitchens and living spaces. On the ground floor, tenants can spend time, work, and cook in a 45 sqm common space with a modern living area and a shared kitchen.

Inside, every room has large floor-to-ceiling windows providing great natural light to the living spaces and is fully furnished and equipped. The design of the interior is truly outstanding, with ceilings made up of wood panels, and floors - of modern, minimal concrete, with built-in heating. It’s a true place of tranquility in busy Berlin. Inside, the property also features unique bathrooms from Tjiko - an innovative company developing and producing pre-assembled bathroom modules in wood construction frames. 

JoPe Real Estate AG took over the building in a decaying condition to fully rebuild and remodel it, turning it into a modern, trendy, and sustainable property. The team of architects and developers stands for longevity and sustainability, planning properties using signature environmentally-friendly timber constructions. Between the two buildings, the company will plant around 600 trees and plants, creating a “tiny forest” - a Japanese concept, that allows to re-fertilize the soil, and contain water within it, so as to avoid overflowing the sewage system around the property. In the spring, a group of international artists will create mural drawings as final touches to the building, adding color to the construction.

**GRAZ, Austria, 4 October, 2022**: Habyt, the world's leading co-living provider headquartered in Berlin, continues to expand worldwide, entering the Austrian market, and opening its first building in Graz.

The new development at Waagner-Biro Strasse, with a total area of approx. 6,600 square meters, hosts 218 units and is located in the Lend district, as part of the My Smart City Graz neighborhood. The building is expected to open in the first half of 2023.

With a mix of two to four-room shared apartments and single bedroom studios, Habyt will offer tenants highly-flexible renting options for mid- to long term stays. The project consists of four buildings, with one building complex being fully-operated by Habyt.

All apartments are fully furnished with everything tenants need for a comfortable stay, allowing them to move in and settle bringing only their personal items along. All flats have either patios and small backyards on the ground floor, or balconies.

**Madrid, May 18, 2022** - Habyt - the largest coliving provider worldwide - and ENEAS Alternative Investments join forces opening the biggest co-living property in Spain called “Alcalá” after the street it’s located on, which is set to open doors in Q3 of 2023 in Madrid’s fashionable Salamanca neighborhood, with a total area of 2,900m2.

Following its rise in countries across the world, the residential coliving phenomenon became a trend in Spain’s real estate industry. Madrid has been seeing a lot of development in recent years, making it attractive for young digital talent that are always seeking flexible living solutions. This turned one of the largest European capitals into a strategic location for Habyt’s further development in the context of the company’s global expansion.

The project is made up of two connected buildings located in one of the most attractive areas of the capital. The residential complex will be fully managed by Habyt, hosting tenants in a total of 128 rooms. 23 rooms are located in the first building measuring 650m2, with further 105 units located in the second building of 2,250m2. Renting conditions will be flexible, with Habyt offering medium and long-term stays at the property.

Berlin, 04.05.2022** – Habyt, world’s largest co-living operator based in Berlin, is securing its seventh building in the capital, located at the northern shore of Rummelsburger See an exclusive and sought-after location, neighboring the up-and-coming Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. With this latest lease, Habyt is consistently continuing its global growth strategy. Most recently, the company also announced its expansion into the Asian market, through a merger with Hmlet - the biggest Asia Pacific flexible living company.

Investa Real Estate is developing a new plot in cooperation with Groth Gruppe. The project called “My Bay” consists of three separate buildings with different use types. Habyt signed a lease for one of the buildings with approx. 8,500 m2 on a long-term basis.

The development under construction consists of 236 units total - 144 short-, mid- and long-term units, operated as serviced-apartments, and further 12 flats with 92 co-living rooms. The building is equipped with spacious common areas, co-working and commercial spaces. The outdoor terrace with a courtyard and a garden serve as recreational areas. A direct access to the Rummelsburger Bucht and lake views highlight the quality of life at this location, emphasizing the benefits of the stay.
