BERLIN, Germany, June 25: Habyt and Montibus, the asset manager of the district on behalf of the owners, are proud to announce the opening of 182 units at Quartier Heidestrasse, a new urban environment located in Europacity, one of the largest and most innovative development areas in Berlin with an impressive 61 hectare. This groundbreaking project signifies a major expansion in Habyt’s portfolio and emphasizes its commitment to offering modern, convenient, and well-connected living spaces in one of Berlin’s most dynamic neighborhoods. In addition, this new development is a perfect fit for our tenants, offering a modern housing solution in an exciting new area of the city.

Situated within walking distance of Berlin’s main train station “Hauptbahnhof”, Quartier Heidestrasse is evolving into a vibrant destination for living, shopping, and working.
