FRANKFURT, Germany, 7 September 2022: Habyt is opening the doors of a newly built 3,310 sqm co-living building with 108 units in Frankfurt’s up-and-coming Ostend area.

The new development is part of a modern quarter called “Schwedler Carré” - a 40 000 sqm site that includes 716 residential apartments, 3 children’s day nurseries, 3 office blocks, a supermarket, multi-storey car parking and a number of cafes, restaurants and gyms. The developer of the “Schwedler Carré” and the owner of the building is Max Baum Immobilien GmbH.

Habyt’s new property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for tenants seeking the co-living lifestyle with all bills included, flexible renting conditions, a hassle-free setup, and modern facilities. The company operates the entire building, providing a 360-degree service to its residents.

All rooms come fully furnished and equipped with everything tenants need for a comfortable daily life, allowing them to move in, bringing just their suitcase along. Modern kitchens, a spacious common area with working stations, alongside comfortable couches for leisure on the first floor, and large terraces with a breathtaking view of Frankfurt’s skyline make it easy to settle in the city and make new connections being part of the Habyt Community.

The common area features a hand-painted stylish 3D graffiti mural art piece done by an award-winning recognized Italian visual communication studio Truly Design that was created especially for the building in collaboration with Turin’s Noire Gallery.

Today, the rapidly developing area of Ostend is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Ostpark. The city-center is easily accessible by bike within 10 minutes. The European Central Bank is within walking distance, with other major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen located within 30 minutes away by public transport from the Frankfurt Main (Ost) station. At the doorstep of the building, tenants can find great bars, restaurants, and fitness studios, making living at Gref-Völsing-Straße the ideal place for both work and leisure.

Guido Bianco, COO of Habyt: “This project means a lot to me. It brings our vision to life. The building is perfect for welcoming our community: the elegant living spaces will provide great comfort to our clients while the tastefully designed common area will inspire them. I am looking forward to welcome our first members here.”
