Those at home in the pretty Eppendorf village can count themselves lucky: lots of water, green, representative architecture, and urban quality of life. Chic boutiques, but also small grocery stores supply the residents with luxury goods or everyday needs. Every year at the beginning of June, the Eppendorf Landstrasse Festival takes place there, a lively street party with live stages, a flea market, and lots of food spots.

Things to know
All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new Habyt home! Your apartment and room are fully furnished for you to live comfortably in it from day one. Common-use items such as iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and washing machine* are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, and a stove**. Cook your heart's desires! *Some buildings offer a shared laundry room and others a washing machine inside the flat. ** Some apartments also include a dishwasher in the kitchen.
The monthly rent payment includes all bills, internet costs, a fully furnished flat, maintenance, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our support team, and many more!
Once your stay is confirmed and you're approaching the move-in days, you'll receive all the information including the address to pick-up your keys.
With Habyt you can count on a hassle free booking process. After sending your application, our team will reach out to you providing all the support needed. You will then be able to sign all contracts and set your payment method fully online through your personal Habyt profile.
