Nordend alone is populated by 51,000 denizens and features some of the most beautiful architecture in town, many of the buildings and boulevards reaching back to the Wilhelminian time. Adding to that, there are various parks; one of them, the Bethmannpark, features the Garden of Heavenly peace, one of Germany&#39;s very few Chinese gardens. Lastly, there are numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants all over Nordend.

A fully-equipped kitchen is also part of the accommodation, all of them including an oven, fridge, washing machine, and other small appliances.
