Nordend alone is populated by 51,000 denizens and features some of the most beautiful architecture in town, many of the buildings and boulevards reaching back to the Wilhelminian time. Adding to that, there are various parks; one of them, the Bethmannpark, features the Garden of Heavenly peace, one of Germany's very few Chinese gardens. Lastly, there are numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants all over Nordend.

All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new Habyt home! Your apartment and room are fully furnished for you to live comfortably in it from day one. Common-use items such as iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and washing machine* are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, and a stove**. Self check-in with pick-up keys

Once your stay is confirmed and you’re approaching the move-in days, you’ll receive all the information including the address to pick-up your keys.
