Habyt was founded in Berlin by a team of entrepreneurs with a vision to create affordable and sustainable living solutions around the world. The co-living and housing rental model was broken, and finding a home was never an easy process. From bad paperwork to worse flatmates, unlocking the next move was never straightforward — and Habyt wanted to fix precisely that.

Turning hassle into opportunity, the company began with a single 7 bedroom apartment in Berlin. Habyt quickly gained traction in the marked due to its unique, innovative, and digital-first approach to co-living.

Habyt experienced significant growth and popularity in Germany, quickly become a leading provider of co-living spaces.Later that year, Habyt opened its largest co-living building in Europe at Klara-Franke-Strasse, offering 413 rooms for residents.

Habyt successfully expanded its portfolio by acquiring two major co-living players in Europe, GOLIVING and Erasmo’s Room. This acquisitions allowed the company to straighten its presence in the German and Spanish markets, solidifying its position as a leading co-living operation.

Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, this was a year of growth and expansion for Habyt. The company acquired the global co-living operators QUARTERS and Medici-living, followed by Homefully later in the year. These acquisitions allowed Habyt to gain leadership in Germany and expand its reach to the Netherlands and Switzerland.

Habyt kicked off the year with two significant M&A deals. The first was with Roomie, a co-living provider in Italy, which helped Habyt secure market leadership in the country. The second was with Hmlet, a leading co-living provider in the APAC region, allowing Habyt to expand its global presence.

Habyt became the global leader in co-living by merging with Common, the largest operator in North America, reaching 30,000 units in its portfolio and expanding its reach to more than 50 cities spread across 3 continents. Habyt also re-envisioned the company, its design, and the functionality of its platform, embarking on a major rebranding. The company unlocked another major accomplishment with the announcement of the Waterfront, its first ever hotel in Europe.

Named after the Chinese sea goddess, Tin Hau sits right on the border of Hong Kong&#39;s famous Causeway Bay. The area boasts numerous public attractions such as Victoria Park and Hong Kong Central Library, along with a wide selection of specialty cafes and restaurants. Located just 4 MTR stops from Central, this neighbourhood&#39;s laidback vibe is a refreshing escape from the usual Hong Kong bustle.

The symbol of this area of Milan is undoubtedly the East Market: a particular vintage market where you can always find some memorable vintage treasures. Each flat as a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartments. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to be part of the Habyt community.

Westend is a central business district and a quiet residential area at the same time, with romantic narrow streets and very nice spots for a drink or dinner. It offers excellent public transport connections to the Rhine-Main S-Bahn and a tram network. Enjoy your weekends while visiting amazing green areas, like the famous Palmengarten - one of the three botanical gardens - and the Grüneburgpark. Visit the renowned Senckenberg Museum or learn more about natural history and science. Or check out Maintower to admire the skyline of the city.

Westend-Süd

You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin&#39;s city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.

The district boasts some of the city’s most renowned and thought provoking art galleries and cultural institutions, next to the best spots to go shopping or try some of the constantly opening new restaurants. If you ever want to catch a break: go check out Vabali Spa, the Balinese wellness oasis around the corner where you can swim under the stars and get one of the best massages in town.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You won&#39;t need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.
