Hollywood Road on Sheung Wan offers boutiques and galleries that&#39;s great for antique shopping. Some must-visits would be the iconic dried seafood street on Wing Lok St and the Man Mo Temple that offers a breathtaking sight of multiple incense spirals hanging off the temple&#39;s ceiling.

Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin&#39;s city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You won&#39;t need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.

With the capacity to house up to 4 people, there&#39;s room for everyone in our bigger apartments.

It&#39;s been dubbed as the up and coming area where new restaurants and bars are constantly popping up.

Other than its renowned nightlife at Lockheart Road, Wan Chai also offers an experience to immerse in art and culture at the Hong Kong Arts Centre or at a terrace with an open air cinema.

The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.

If you want to stay in you can meet new friends watching documentaries at our cinema room or work a little while overlooking the city in our community spaces.

The district boasts some of the city’s most renowned and thought provoking art galleries and cultural institutions, next to the best spots to go shopping or try some of the constantly opening new restaurants. If you ever want to catch a break: go check out Vabali Spa, the Balinese wellness oasis around the corner where you can swim under the stars and get one of the best massages in town.

We are looking for a young working professional to join our Co-Living apartment. Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore we offer private rooms in shared apartments fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, cooking equipment, washing machine, dishes and bed linen. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water, electricity and internet.

If you ever want to venture further afield, there is also brilliant access to public transport from Ernst-Reuter-Platz U-Bahn station which will take you to Zoologischer Garten, one of the biggest and most connected stations in Berlin.
