About the apartment
Fully furnished and equipped shared apartment in Rotterdam. The apartment features several areas that will be shared by the living group, including a kitchen and bathroom. Please note that this apartment is rented by a living group, which you will be part of. As part of the living group, you have the right to the exclusive use of the space that will be appointed to you in the shared apartment. This space is also fully furnished with all the essentials you need. Together with the living group, you will rent the entire apartment. The other occupants of the living group will determine your share of the rent.

Things to know
All you need to do is pack your clothes and move into your new Habyt home! Your apartment and room are fully furnished for you to live comfortably in it from day one. Common-use items such as iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and washing machine* are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, a fridge, and a stove**. Cook your heart's desires! *Some buildings offer a shared laundry room and others a washing machine inside the flat. ** Some apartments also include a dishwasher in the kitchen.
When moving to the Netherlands, you'll form part of a living group. Together with the living group, you will rent the entire apartment. The other occupants of the living group will determine your share of the rent (monthly contribution).
Once your stay is confirmed and you're approaching the move-in days, you'll receive all the information including the address to pick-up your keys.
