The backyard with its old trees also entails bike stands, lots of greenery to enjoy and one of Berlin’s coolest murals. The building has a big community room with a stunning garden view as well as a dedicated co-working area and lots of space to hang out in.

Since everyone has now already moved to Neukölln, Lichtenberg is the current favourite district of artists, free spirits and students alike. Located at the center of it with train station Lichtenberg in walking distance you are just a few stops away from legendary Sisyphos club, the buzzling Simon-Dach-Str. with its gazillions of hip restaurants and even some real life flamingos just around the corner at Europe’s biggest animal park.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

The district „Mitte“ in Berlin is probably the most interesting place in whole Europe when it comes to recent history. If you are interested in shopping, you will find the most trendy and coolest brands and shops around here. Most of Berlin’s fast growing start-up scene is located here, as well.
