As a student moving to Seoul, there are a few documents you may need, including proof of identity, proof of enrollment, and proof of income or financial support. If applicable, you may also need to provide an employment contract and visa or residence permit.

Your apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, access to a bathroom, basic appliances, aircon, a refrigerator, wardrobe, a communal/dining/living area, and access to a washer-dryer. Certain rooms or apartments may also come with extra amenities like access to a pool/gym, a desk & chair, or a balcony.
Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services, access to your digital Habyt Member portal to manage all your payments and requests, our great support team, and many more!
