Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin's city life.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show.
In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.
