Of course! We welcome visits and viewings. We know choosing a home is a big decision to make, which is why all our viewings are obligation-free.

How are your rooms and flats furnished?

Your apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, access to a bathroom, basic appliances, aircon, a refrigerator, wardrobe, a communal/dining/living area, and access to a washer-dryer. Certain rooms or apartments may also come with extra amenities like access to a pool/gym, a desk & chair, or a balcony.

Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt app and Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our great support team, and many more!

We have a minimum 3-month stay for shared and private apartment properties in Singapore, and 1-month in Hong Kong. If you prefer a shorter stay, we’d be delighted to tell you more about our other flexible living options where we have minimum stays from just 1 night.

The current minimum wage in Hong Kong is HKD 40 per hour for all workers, although exceptions apply for domestic workers and student interns.

As a student moving to Hong Kong, there are a few documents you may need, including proof of identity, proof of enrollment, and proof of income or financial support. If applicable, you may also need to provide an employment contract and visa or residence permit.
